The origional Disciples of Jesus Christ believed in a couple of important concepts.

1. Jesus Christ is the Manifestation of the unseen God of the Old Testament

For instance the Voice (Word) of God that spoke to Moses at the burning bush is Jesus Christ manifested.

Likewise the Old Testament Epiphany of Jesus Christ was in the person of Melchizedek.

• Old Testament = Jesus Christ = Melchizedek (King of Righteousness – King of Peace – Priest of God Most High)

• New Testament = Jesus Christ = Immanuel (God with and among us)

• Millennial Reign = Jesus Christ = Jehovah Tsidkenu (God is our Righteousness)

2. The Living Eternal God of Abraham is the God of Glory

The Glory of God is the Mystery of God revealed.

The Word became flesh and took up residence among us. We observed His glory, the glory as the One and Only Son from the Father, full of Grace and Truth. – John 1:14 CSB
